With experience at several five star resorts and restaurants, including the east coast's famed Capital Grille, Chef Jeff Rafford is well prepared to accommodate both sophisticated palates, and the club-goers who might just want a simple meal before hitting the dance floors. Hopefully this variety, from the filet mignon with creamy peppercorn sauce, to the Jersey-style Kobe beef sandwich, will give them an equally great dining experience at a price both can afford.
