The Innovation Advantage: A Program on Innovation Best Practices

Thursday, Oct 16 8:00a to 5:00p
Age Suitability: All Ages

This 2-day workshop will transform the way you think about your business, your customers, and they way you approach innovation.

Competitive pressure is rising in all sectors driven by changes in demand, technology and global competition. Consumers are more discerning, businesses more cost aware. Fashioning a competitive response in an environment where easy sources of advantage soon dry up, demands a renewed focus on people and innovation.

This 2-day workshop will transform the way you think about your business, your customers, and they way you approach innovation. A combination of theory and practice designed to give you the techniques to create compelling value for your internal and external customers. Specifically, the workshop will provide you:

•An understanding of how today’s customer is being transformed and the practical implications this has for the value propositions you and your company must offer.
•The opportunity to apply innovation best practices to your own projects.
•A proven method for dramatically increasing the chance of your idea being accepted.
•Questioning techniques enabling you to become better skilled at evaluating the quality of a new idea.
•Compelling case studies of how companies such as the BBC, Philips, and Swisscom have applied this discipline successfully.
•The opportunity to build relationships and work collaboratively with individuals from different organizations
