Vanilla Moon Bakery

I had been scoping out this place for awhile and was really excited when they finally opened! The bakery has a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere that makes you want to sit down, relax and enjoy some good food!

There are a lot of speciality items, so it was hard for me to choose which to try. But I ended up picking a mini red velvet cupcake and a regular-sized chocolate cupcake with chocolate chunks inside. I was extremely disappointed in the taste though. The cupcakes were dry and they wasn't much orginiality. I think I could have baked these cupcakes better from scratch myself. I definitely recommend trying the mini cupcakes to give you an idea of what the regular size would taste like.

I don't think I'll be revisiting this store unless if they start the panini business (which there are talks about doing) or if they start making fruit tarts.
