Harmony has become my FAVORITE local frozen yogurt joint. Not only are the owners and workers friendly, but after you eat a cup of frozen yogurt you will feel refreshed!
Don't expect sweet vanilla ice-cream! Their frozen yogurt literally tastes like yogurt (sweet and tangy).
The best part are the toppings! There is always fresh fruit to choose from and none of their items are ever frozen. There are also daily fruits (last time I had rasberry).
Of course you can't always be healthy, so there are chocolate chips, crushed oreos, etc. Then again, if you feel healthy there are fresh fruits (mango, blueberries, etc) and yogurt chips and MORE!
Harmony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy a little dessert.
The small cup of frozen yogurt (toppings not included) is 150 calories.
