We paid over $50 per person to see the Gilbert and Sullivan show, "The Mikado." Billed as a professional performance (not community theater or anything like that), it was worse than anything I've ever seen at a high school. The singers didn't stay together, some didn't remember their lines, and even the makeup was blotchy and dripping.
"The Mikado" is one of our very favorite musicals, but we left at the intermission. We will never trust this theater again!
