Underoath
Underoath Remove performer from this event
Since their inception, Florida's Underoath has evolved from a run-of-the-mill Christian metalcore band into a fluid, dynamic, and energized rock group that adeptly blends emotive melody, charged punk rock rhythm, and chunky, engaging bottom end.
Saosin
Saosin Remove performer from this event
California-based Saosin burst onto the post-hardcore scene in March 2003 with their explosive screamo-tinged debut EP, Translating the Name, on Death Do Us Part. For the recording, the band was comprised of vocalist Anthony Green, former Slayer guitar tech and drummer Pat McGrath...

P.O.S. Remove performer from this event
A self-taught bassist, guitarist, keyboardist, and drummer, P.O.S. (which stands for a variety of things, including Product of Society, Piece of Sh*t, and Promise of Skill) spent most of his childhood influenced by the energy of punk (he drummed for Cadillac Blindside and sang and...

The Devil Wears Prada Remove performer from this event
Mystifyingly taking their name from a recently popular chick lit bestseller that was made into a blockbuster movie -- because, apparently, nothing says punk rock like Meryl Streep -- the Devil Wears Prada is easily one of the most bizarrely named bands of their time.

Emo music that doesn't hurt my brain

I had never heard of Saosin before the Projekt revolution tour. So I was unsure about if I would like them or not but they actually weren't have bad. There music was emo rock (which is not my favorite) the one thing I really liked about them is that not all there songs were about lost love or something like that which is my problem with most emo bands. I wouldn't mind seeing them again.

Still somewhere between

The name isn't stupid, which stands out among Yet More Emo Metal Whatsit Bands. That suggests the sound won't remain stuck between what you've heard everywhere else forever. But right now, "sounds like chicken."

Saosin Rocks!

The first time I learned about these guys was through Linkin Park's Projekt Revolution Tour! I like the intensity of their music, and also the fact that they are from OC! It's cool to see that they're touring, especially with the release of their new album. Can't wait to see them perform again!
