Fabulous Finds Day

Last year was a huge success with ‘finders’ travelling from all over Wiltshire and beyond to have their finds identified. We recorded well over 100 finds, four of which were potential Treasure (gold or silver objects over 300 years old). This year, as last year, Katie Hinds (Wiltshire Finds Liaison Officer) will be on hand to identify your pottery, flint, geological, coin and metal finds. We plan to have children’s activities too with our Education Officer. So why not dig out that shoe box filled with bits and pieces from the garden?
