July 13th Long Cycle Workshop

The workshop would be 4 hours long with 10 minute breaks every hour. The focuses of the lift are in three parts:
-How to generate an anatomically correct swing with little effort and no lower spine compression -The clean (how to not kill your wrists) -The jerk (overhead power generation for high reps that also retrains breath and shoulder alignment)
