Balance & Stability Training with The Fall Prevention Lady

Join certified FallProof™ balance & mobility specialist, Kelly Ward, in this evidence-based balance training program designed to help older adults prevent falls.
Classes meet for 1-hour, twice a week, for four weeks. Class size is limited to 6-15 people.
Have fun as you practice different walking gaits, increase strength, improve flexibility and posture & increase awareness of body positioning to prevent falls. Call for eligibility requirements: 916-821-5715.
