“Transparency,” a free exhibit of photos made by first-time photography students in Nicaragua and formerly abused women in India, runs Sacramento State’s Library Gallery Annex, on campus, 6000 J St. The two groups are using photography to capture their environment in honest and sensitive ways. Curated by Ethan Flanagan, the exhibit includes a reception at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16.
