With its famous open atrium environment in the historic Public Market Building, Morgan's Central Valley Bistro offers a relaxed setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the morning, we feature an all-you-can-eat buffet or we also offer a full menu with specialty items such as the Crab Cake Benedict, Banana Stuffed Cinnamon Brioche French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, or Atlantic Smoked Salmon. Morgan’s is known as a preferred destination for lunch where we feature “California fresh cuisine” using seasonal menus with the freshest ingredients unleashing the best flavors from our local farms. Favorites are the Dungeness Crab Salad, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Cobb Salad, and Seared Salmon. In the evening, the sunset beams through the numerous windows and creates the perfect setting for a wonderful early dinner. By night fall, the dining room sparkles with candlelight, creating a relaxed elegant experience.
