Freeway Blvd., Sacramento, (916) 419-4667: A basketball theme park created by NBA veteran Chris Webber, Center Court offers an extensive and varied menu of foods ranging from concession-stand staples like nachos and hot dogs to luxury-box fare along the lines of rib-eye steak and mahi mahi.
