I can not believe all these positive reviews, they sound like adds from the company not real reviews. I have been to the drive in 3 times this summer and twice last summer. What a joke. The place is dirty, not enough people working, the management is rude and the food is gross. We had to drive some messed up route that took us through three different movie to get to ours. All the times we went we had to wait over an hour to get in then spent forty five minutes to get some food. The bathrooms were so nasty that we could not even stand the smell. There was human waste on the floors and toilets which tracked into the food area. We wanted to get some food but it was cold and not fresh and they were out of soda most of the times we went. We tried to bring this to the managers attention but were told to go watch the movie or leave. Security was a joke and he opened my car door when he thought we were doing drugs or drinking. I have three kids in the car who had to see me explain that I was not a drug user and had no alcohol to this low life. I asked him what gave him the right to even touch my car? He said it was company policy. I saw him pick a few other cars to "check". In this neighborhood that security is going to get shot or beat up if he picks the wrong car. I have a lawyer looking this up to see if it is legal. I tried to complain again and then was escorted off the property. We were not the only ones this night not happy, there were several people trying to complain and get a refund. I think eveyone there could use some customer service training. Oh and by the way, for the managers, hiding in the office for more than thrity minutes and letting security handle complaints is NOT customer service. This used to be a great place to go but it has changed for the worst. I called the health dept to complain about the conditions but they said, "we get those complaints all the time". But I dont think they will do anything. We will never go back again and will give our money to the indoor theaters. We can not believe people still go there.
