Concert Salon at the Jay Estate

One Afternoon, Seven Extraordinary Performers at our first Concert Salon.

The Salon is a renowned performance series which has thrived as a sanctuary of artistic expression in Philadelphia for 26 years. The Jay Heritage Center brings that vision to Rye to showcase a diverse array of music spanning genres, regions and periods: seven outstanding performances in an intimate setting curated by award-winning composer Andrea Clearfield.

First hear Jeffrey Solow, cellist and Andrea Clearfield, pianist… Show more perform works by Rachmaninoff and Mendelssohn; then Tony Miceli, vibraphone and Aaron Irwin, saxophone warm up the crowd with jazz classics; be mesmerized by Bulgarian concert pianist Tania Starevia; Nathalie Joachim and Allison Loggins-Hull will change up the tempo performing original works for flutes and electronics; more jazz with Stephanie Nilles, singer/songwriter/pianist; Brian Groder, trumpet and Tonino Miano, pianist; and savor a big finale with the Oliverez Trio, featuring Rick Olivarez and Jeff Cheers on guitar and Dave Berzonsky on bass whose original music has been influenced by Eastern European folklore, Django Reinhardt and Parisian valse musette.
