Hatha Flow Yoga-Nov.26th-Dec.21st
Hatha Flow Yoga uses a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a vigourous series to build strength and increase endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone. Classes are appropriate for yoga students who have practiced yoga for at least one month and are seeking a stronger physical workout in their yoga practice.
