Level 1 -A slower moving class teaching the fundamentals of Pilates focusing on centering alignment, & posture. Level 2-An intermediate level class continuing to work on Level 1 skills but at an faster tempo. Level 3 -An advanced class working at a fast pace and focusing on advanced control & strength.
