i have called this place a number of times first to find out about parking then to find out if my lost item was every found....um lets just say i have not heard anything back in 2 weeks i can even leave a msg its full and its an old msg left to hear so i know they dont check.....i never found out about parking by the way and no its not free you must pay and no biggie just would have been nice to know before i drove 3 hrs to be there!
