The program will include guest speakers, Gretchen Mead, Executive Director of Victory Garden Initiative, and Pam Frydman-Roza, Surplus Garden Coordinator of Tikkun Ha-Ir. They will be speaking on the topic of how to use your home garden plus our community gardens to aid in feeding the hungry. Tu b'Shevat is the jewish holiday that marks the new year for trees—a kind of Jewish arbor day. This program is free and open to the public.
