Opening our 2013 New Legacy series will be John Gorka on Sunday, January 27th at 2 pm. John Gorka is an honored icon of folk tradition. Energetic acoustic music that is not a trend, not a fad, but an expression of everyday life, is his trademark. John’s rich baritone voice and unique songcraft weave a magical spell that can only be described as ‘Gorka.’ Tickets are $20, available at the Library, by mail order (enclose s.a.s.e. with your check) or online at www.ringwoodlibary.org/newlegacy.
