In our highly requested workshop, learn to make and bake cakes just like Grandma - dense, moist pound cake, giant creamy cupcakes, devilishly rich chocolate cake, ruby red velvet cake, and unbelievable upside-down cake. All you need to achieve cake perfection is an understanding of classical baking techniques and some fresh, high-quality ingredients. It really is a piece of cake!

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
