Everything is nice and new: new seats, floors, etc. so everything is wonderful. You can park in the structure nearby and have the parking validated by the theater. Sometimes it gets busy, but there hasn't been a time when I couldn't find a parking spot at all.
It's close to all the nearby shops and restaurants so it's very convenient. It's practically across the street from city hall. SO I guess it's also a safe place.. on the weekends I see a lot of police in front of the area.
