Antsy McClain creates a one-of-a-kind concert experience as he gathers his band around his own kitchen table for this unique, intimate night of live music, humor and storytelling. McClain has been called a national treasure by the Modesto Bee, and "one of the best songwriters in America" by notable fans such as Tommy Smothers, Bonnie Bramlett and Willie Nelson. Heard on NPR's All Things Considered and seen on national television, Antsy McClain and his band, The Trailer Park Troubadours sing about life, love and loss, as seen through the bay window of a 70's-era, American-made single wide trailer. The songs are written masterfully in a style McClain calls "folkabilly." Accompanying the band is a side-splitting slide show that gives a perfect backdrop to the music, which is at turns humorous, thought-provoking and heart-warming.
