Using a four-part destiny model that includes Design, Passion, Preparation, and Calling, we'll cover:
Understanding how life experience has prepared you for your call
Using Destiny Events to draw amazing insights out of coachees' past experiences
A baseline assessment to understand what your coachees need
A biblical redefinition of calling, and understanding of how calling is typically received (you'll be surprised!)
Coaching tools for identifying revelation in a coachee's life and expanding their sense of how God has spoken about their destiny
The power of Life Messages
Developing a personal calling statement using the Message>Audience>Impact>Task format
This course is for those who have already gone through training levels one to three. Since you already know  basic coaching skills, we’ll build on them as we coach each other. Not only will you learn life coaching, but you will be coached through a set of exercises that will help you clarify your own life purpose.
Course Details:
For: Prospective coaches who've completed Levels I & II. This course fills the requirement for Level III OR Level IV
Format: Two-day workshop
Learning Style: Highly interactive, using demo, discussion and practice
Required Materials: Christian Life Coaching Handbook and A Leader's Life Purpose Workbook by Tony Stoltzfus
Outcome: Learn to coach others to identify their calling and how God has prepared them for it through life experience
