Stephen Lynch

The son of a former nun and priest, Stephen Lynch is a musician trapped in a comedian's body. Armed with a guitar and a unique sense of humor, he moved to New York in 1996, became a regular on the Opie & Anthony radio show, turned heads with three top rated Comedy Central Specials, and conquered Broadway in The Wedding Singer, earning Drama League, Drama Desk and Tony Award nominations for his title role performance. Dr. Demento called his debut CD, A Little Bit Special, "The comedy music debut of the year." In 2005 iTunes named it and his second release, Superhero two of the 100 best selling indie albums in iTunes history. His third CD was The Craig Machine, and all three have sold a half million copies. His DVD Live at the El Rey was certified Gold. He is almost a regular on "Last Call with Carson Daly", and his latest release is 3 Balloons .
