"Small Treasures" is the first major exhibition to focus on small-format paintings from the Dutch and Flemish Golden Age. The exhibition will feature 66 works by Old Masters such as Rembrandt, Hals, van Dyck, and Vermeer. In fact, it will be the first time a Vermeer painting has ever been in the state of North Carolina. Nearly half of these paintings are on loan from private collections and have rarely (some never before) been seen by the public.
