7-Day Meditation/Breathwork Challenge

This workshop provides an avenue for beginners and the seasoned practitioner alike who enjoy the support, structure and instruction of group meditation. We explore many forms of meditation to find a style that works best for you. Each class begins with poses, breathwork and relaxation to prepare the body/mind for meditation. Attendance at all 7 classes is recommended.
