Starting February 1, Artspace's Upfront Gallery will feature the artwork of Greg Carter in the installation, Fuzzy Moonlight Sez: Come On In, The Water's Fine. Carter's works, consisting of wall and floor sculptures made largely from found objects, owe much to North Carolina's long tradition of handmade folk arts. Playfulness, color, and fun are central to Carter's pieces.
