Improving your Health with Life Long Behavior Change
Americans make many New Year's resolutions but rarely achieve those lofty goals. Lisa Eberhart, a dietitian with NC State, will speak on the manageable goal of making one change and planning on that change to be life long. She will give examples of six behavior changes that will impact your long term health and wellness. Choose one of these changes and your health will be improved for the long run. Lisa Eberhart received this year's Governor's Award for Excellence, recognized for innovation.
