10th NYC Musical Saw Festival
Concert & art exhibit revolving around the 300 year old art of playing music on a carpenter's handsaw, with participation of 40 musical saw players from around the world.
Many music styles (classical, pop, folk, show-tunes, etc). World premiers of music written for the musical saw by Scott Munson and Ady Cohen, as well as the 'Chorus of the Saws' - up to 40 musical saw players playing together. A chamber orchestra conducted by Dan Radtke will accompany musical saw player Natalia 'Saw Lady' Paruz
