Creek Snorkeling

The Piedmont Learning Center at Eden Mill Nature Center will be offering this program on May 25th. The program will run from 1 till 4 pm and are for ages 8 and older. The fee for the program is $ 25.00 for members and $30.00 for non-members. Creek snorkeling sounds like a strange idea. But the underwater world of our rivers and streams is amazing! Snorkeling is one of the most powerful experiences we can have in our rivers and streams and it reveals the unexpectedly beautiful sights of our freshwater… Show more environments. Join underwater naturalist Keith Williams as we explore the underwater world of Deer Creek. We can expect to see a variety of fish and incredible underwater stream scapes. Wear clothes that can get wet and shoes that will stay securely on feet in the river. Bring plenty of drinking water. We ll provide the snorkeling gear.
