ServSafe, the National Serving Safe Food Certification Course will be conducted Wednesday, April 10th from 7:45 am-5:00 pm in Pueblo, at CSU Extension, 701 Court Street, Suite C. Successful completion of this course also satisfies the safe food handling certification requirements of the new Colorado Cottage Food Act. The course, taught by a certified Colorado State University Extension Agent, is developed and regularly up-dated by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. The course registration of $120 includes training, training materials, a light lunch, and the certification examination. Deadline for registration is noon on Wednesday, March 27.
