birch presents the latest in their Guest Chef Series. Our next guest chef will be David Posey of the acclaimed Blackbird in Chicago, IL. David will collaborate with birch to present a 5-course tasting menu on Sunday, March 2nd. This event is $115 per person. An 8% sales tax and 18% gratuity are included in the ticket price. An optional $65 beverage pairing will be available to purchase at the event, as well as a limited a la carte beer, wine and cocktail selection. Tickets are nonrefundable.
