Providence Public Library continues free guided architectural tours of its historic building on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday each month from its grand entrance at 225 Washington St. Tour is 1 hour/more. If parking, plan accordingly. Parking available at Providence Hilton Garage:$3/3 hrs. Bring ticket for stamping.
PPL opened its classic Venetian Renaissance building in 1900. Now on the National Register of Historic Places, the Library is a prime example of turn-of-the-century American architecture.
