Primarily Primates

Thursday, Mar 21, 2013 11:00a to 12:00p

Join Docent Heather Field for this brand new program featuring the Museum’s extensive African ethnology collection. This offering will focus on the cultural and environmental significance of primates- monkeys and apes, to the people of Africa. Artifacts featuring both realistic and stylized representations of primates will illustrate and also help us explore these themes.
