Chef Jason Hayis, formerly at Le Parisian in Rye, is now bringing his "flavor profiles" to The Mint. The menu is tasty and inventive and takes advantage of Asian influences with creativity and a bit of the unusual. Great use of Asian ingredients with creative dishes, with attention to composing a meal where sides and mains work well together.
