PORTLAND, Ore.--Voted one of the top Irish establishments in the U.S., Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub kicks off its annual St. Patrick's Festival March 16 with authentic Gaelic food, top Irish bands and a new Taste of Ireland venue featuring a sampling of Irish cheeses and spirits. The event, which takes place in the restaurant and pub and spills out into large tents, annually attracts more than 20,000 revelers who come to enjoy.
