Roger Rodd And Friends

A versatile actor, writer, and stand-up comic, Rodd has consistently applied his ingenuity in taking his career to the next level. Aware of the glut of white stand-up comics, Rodd embarked on a successful plan to make a niche for himself as a "white stand-up comic" performing in primarily black nightclubs. At first glance, both club owners and audiences were surprised, but Rodd's talent quickly won out and he was warmly embraced by cheering crowds. This has led to recent appearances including Showtime's… Show more comedy special "White Boyz in the Hood," P. Diddy's "Bad Boys of Comedy, "Bill Bellamy's "Who's Got Jokes?", and several appearances on BET's "Comicview." When not on an international tour entertaining the U.S. troops or headlining comedy clubs across the nation, Rodd is also a frequent local performer at The Improv, Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.
