This gritty, compelling drama follows Avi, Kobi and Yaniv around their Bat Yam neighborhood as they make sure that women dress modestly, and no one blasts music from their cars on the Sabbath. Hot-headed watchdogs, they don’t hesitate to use violence to convey their “holy” message. When Miri, an attractive, independent-minded woman, moves into the neighborhood, Avi is torn between his growing feelings for her and the codes of the gang. Mature themes. In Hebrew/Arabic w/ English subtitles.
