Zumba Gold - Mondays

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating an exciting and effective fitness program. Zumba Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner and/or people not used to exercising. Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it's certainly as fun. Dances specifically highlighted in this class include the Merengue, Salsa Cha Cha, Cumbia, Salsa, Rock & Roll, Belly Dance, Flamenco and Tango.
