The People's University: The History of Mystery

Mary Alice and Richard, owners for 22 years of the Mystery Lovers Bookshop, will take the class through a brief history of the mystery genre from the earliest examples, through the Golden Age and into the contemporary period. They will talk about different types and styles of mystery as well as reviewing an extensive reading list full of suggestions for new authors you might enjoy.
