Metabolic training and body conditioning are used in this class. Both are designed to improve strength and endurance. Instructor can adjust all exercises to meet individual needs. Bring hand weights the size you are comfortable using, an exercise mat and water. No more excuses, just do it!! Twice a week discount rate may be used with other Renea Bishop classes. Discount rate is not available with online registration. Instructor: Renea Bishop
