French Spring Dinner at Bridge Ten Brasserie
On Monday, April 22, 2013, at 6:30 PM, guest Chef Toni Pais, acclaimed creator of Baum Vivant and Café Zinho, joins Bridge Ten's Chef Matt Christie and Dreadnought Wines to collaborate on a FRENCH DINNER FOR SPRING. The classic French menu features Quail Eggs poached in red wine, Warm Oysters with beurre blanc sauce, Duck Confit with port wine reduction, Hanger Steak in red wine sauce with beef bone marrow, and Pear Tatin. Each course will be paired with a tasty French "vin de terroir."
