Accompanied by a dynamic score from Afro-Cuban composer Omar Sosa, Chipaumire and fellow performer, Okwui Okpokwasili, command the stage-- both crime scene and sacred space-- with a striking performance dealing with the objectification and power of the black female body and the alienating experience of living in exile.
