From the Ground Up: Align your Standing Poses!
Standing poses cultivate strength, grounding, and balance both on and off the mat. Focusing on our physical alignment in poses like Tadasana, Warriors and Tree, gives us the opportunity to become more grounded and honest in our inner practice. Inner and outer alignment helps us become more present in our everyday lives.
