Shellfish Fanfare and White Wine
Variety rules at Bluewater Grill in April as the popular sustainable seafood restaurant pairs four varieties of shellfish on the half shell with fine white wines from Oregon and Washington.
The event combines Bluewater Grill favorites Ponzu Sashimi Sea Scallops, oysters from Phantom Creek in British Columbia and Hammersley Inlet in Washington state, and Cherrystone Clams from Rhode Island with Dry Riesling from Pacific Rim Winery in Washington and Pinot Gris from Acrobat Winery in Oregon.
