2013 Honor Walk

Help raise funds for Arizona military veterans and their families and selected veterans charities by participating in a 2.8-mile course that is fully paved and wheelchair accessible. A shorter 1.4-mile fun walk is available. A T-shirt and a custom-engraved dog tag with the name of your veteran are included with registration. Be sure to arrive early for a stirring pre-walk ceremony at 9 a.m. featuring special guests, vintage military aircraft fly-overs, music, color guards, a replica of the USS Arizona… Show more and the “Remember the Fallen” exhibit. The walk follows at 10. Late registration and packet pick-up starts at 7:30 a.m. The event is open to all with proceeds benefiting Bootstrap USA and United States Veterans Initiative.
