Phoenix artist Carolina Escobar has 22 sculptures on display during the “Whispers of a New World” exhibit at the Desert Botanical Garden. The sculptures, large-scale interpretations of plant matter, are made from wire and fabric that has been coated with resin. They are spread throughout the garden along the Desert Discovery Loop Trail
and in Ottosen Gallery located in Dorrance Hall.
