Latin Passport Dinner Series at Province
Province restaurant executive chef Randy Zweiban and chef de cuisine Rita French host a Saturday-night dinner series spotlighting the regional dishes of Latin-American countries. A different country is featured each month. Mexico is featured throughout June; and then Chile July 6, 13, 20 and 27. Each dinner presents a four-course menu for $35 per person; supplemental beverage pairings highlighting cocktails and wines from the region are offered. Menus and reservations are available online.
