Lunch Time Theater - The Mighty Vandals

Takes place in 1951, when a basketball team of mostly Mexican Americans from the rural mining town of Miami, Arizona when Arizona schools were still segregated and when Miami was a place folks left if they wanted to “make it big”. The Mighty Vandals went undefeated to win their state championship and these young players and their coach proved that passion and perseverance can overcome numerous obstacles and lead to miracles!
