Modern Buddhism: A Meditation Day Course
Within our mind exists an extraordinary potential for inner peace and happiness. We can learn to let go of the agitated states of mind, such as anger, that produce unhappiness and instead we can cultivate peaceful, powerful minds such as compassion and wisdom.
No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
Teaching & Meditation: 11:00am-12:30pm
Lunch Break: 12:30-2:00pm
Teaching & Meditation: 2:00pm-4:00pm
